OOOOOOOKAYYY
So I tried so many things. Felt so low about myself.
Was bulimic for quite a while. Honestly the only reason why i’m not now is because I eat so little with each meal, But it’s a healthy amount!
I finally found something that works for me.
I have a green tea mix in supplement (i’ll post pictures in a min) 2 packets everyday. But i try to drink 4 to 5 of these huge bottles of water everyday.
Then 30min before I eat each meal (3meals a day) I take Hydroxycut Gummies.
and working out 4 to 5, even maybe 6 days a week if I can and feel like it.
I was 161lbs after a w week of being consistent i’m 155lbs now!
the first few pounds are always the easiest for me to lose so we’ll see what happens when i want to real 140lbs.
